MTN Xtra Pro and MTN Xtra Special is the latest new tariff plan introduced by MTN to help its subscriber make calls at an affordable rate for the time being.
About MTN Xtra Pro MTN XtraPro is the new MTN tariff plan that will allow you to make call at 11k/sec (6.60k/Min) on flat rate to all network with a daily access fee of N5 but if in some cases MTN were not able to charge you N5 on your first call as a result of insufficient balance, then the call for that day will be charged at 20k/Sec (N12/Min) with an additional benefit tohealth tipsfor 7 days.
How to Migrate to MTN XtraPro Simply dial *401# and select 1 to migrate OR sms 401 to 131 About MTN XtraSpecial MTN XtraSpecial is also the new Tariff plan that charged its customers at 15k/Sec (N9/Min) on a flat rate basis to all networks in Nigeria with no daily access fee and a call to some selected international destination at the same rate above with an additional benefit of 7 days free subscription to EPL Video Service.
How to Migrate to MTN XtraSpecial Simply dial *408# and select 1 to migrate OR sms 408 to 131 Note: Migration to any MTN call tariff plan is now free..

Between the hours of 11PM to 6AM.

 Step 1: Recharge your mtn sim with N250


Step 2: Dial *131*1*4*1# (note the time)


Step 3: browse for 5-10mins..don't stream and download


Step 4:immediately  remove your sim for  24hours 30mins!


Step:5 Insert your sim and enjoy 2-3mb/sec on Downloads and streaming

Configure Psiphon Handler With Latest Settings And Enjoy Unlimited Surfing On Your phone

Here comes the long awaited settings for those complaining of constant disconnection on
psiphon.If you are one of those experiencing stark disconnection when browsing or downloading, then this is for you.

Follow the following step-by-step Procedures accurately;

*.Download and Install
the latest Psiphon Handler

*.Tick on Remove Port.      

*.Proxy type:Dual Real                                           

Host.

*.Custom Header:host:      
web.blackberry.com

*.Proxy server:
web.blackberry.com

*.Real Proxy
Type:Inject.

*.Real Proxy Server:
10.199.212. 2

*.Real Proxy Port:8080

*.Click Save.

*.Move to the option tab and selectTunnel Whole Device.

*.Region: All country servers are working with it, but I prefer 'United
StatesServer to avoid foriegn language when browsing.

*.Select More option,
And tick“Connect through an HTTP”.

*.Then select“Use the following settings:”

*.Then configure as:

*.Open your phone settings > Go to More > Go to mobile network > Go to access point names > Select MTN,

Then create new APN and configure as shown below;

*.Save And Activate it as your default settings.

*.Now that's all, Save it.

*.Then go back to psiphon app and Connect!.

That's all guys, with these latest settings I think the problem of disconnection has been rectified.     You can now download and browse comfortably with your smartphone without the fear of disconnection.
