A 21-year-old university drop out now earns up to £80,000 a month.
The self-taught stockbroker claimed that he rakes in £20,000 and £30,000 on a bad month.
Londoner Elijah Oyefeso appeared on Channel 4’s Rich Kids Go Shopping and claimed that he made his fortune by using his student loan to set up his empire.
He now lives in £5,000-a-month flat in pricey Kensington, and splashes out on super cars, having recently snapped up a £125,000 Mercedes GTS.
After his fortunes changed, Oyefeso said that he now only works just one hour a day.
“On a good month, I earn between £70,000 and £80,000,” he told FEMAIL.
“If you work hard you don’t need to look at the price tag, you just get it.”
Originally from Camberwell, he revealed how he suffered at the hands of jealousy of his peers especially after splashing out on his first Mercedes at the age of 18.
“They’ve come from the same area and they’re still in the same area and went to school in the same area,” he said.
“My mum came from west Africa and came with probably £100 in her pocket.”
He dropped out of his business management court at University of Buckingham to give him a leg up and began investing with the cash.
In just nine months, he was earning tens of thousands of pounds on the stock market.
Oyefeso was filmed for the documentary trading online, where he made £1,000 in just 15 minutes.

He claimed that he knows “when to stop” after having three years of experience under his belt.
Classical music is his go-to genre while trading, as he said: “There’s a saying, you are who you chill with. I chill with people who have half a million in the bank.
“Earning £20 to £30,000 a month, in my world that’s not good. It motivates you to do more.”
Earlier this year, he made headlines for crashing his £150,000 Lambourghini into his other £60,000 Bentley, leaving him with a £55,000 repair bill.
Oyefso revealed that he likes to invest in watches as well, revealing that he splashed out on a £21,000 Cartier watch that he’s only worn twice since purchasing it. He also gives his watches names, dubbing one watch Michelle and another Aaliyah. Yes, seriously.
He set up his company, DCT Training Group, to help others learn how to become a stockbroker. But gives a free trial of just five days before making users stump up £107 a month.
“It’s to help people learn the basics. I tell them to go to this website or read this book,” he said.
Of his weakness for cars, after splashing out on his Lambo at the age of 20 and painting it gold, he said: “When you’re little you’ve got your ideal car, you’ve got your dream car. Some kids are like ‘I want to get a Bugatti, I want to get a Ferrari’.
“Some people are like “yeah yeah.” But I got it.’ That was my dream, I worked for it, I got it.”
While he certainly likes his toys, the university drop out is currently building something special for his mother in Africa.
“It’s a surprise I haven’t told her yet,” he said of the £76,000 five-bedroom home.

A man known as the world’s best chef has been found dead at his home in an apparent suicide.
Benoit Violier, 44, was found dead with self-inflicted gunshot wounds, according to police who are investigating his death.
The chef, who was known for running the prestigious Restaurant de l’Hotel de Ville, was found dead at his Switzerland apartment.
In a statement police said: “Late in the afternoon, police […] went to [his home] where they discovered at his home the body of Mr Benoit Violier.”
Police outlined that they believe he died of self-inflicted gunshot wounds in the statement.
The chef rose to fame after his restaurant was named “the world’s best” by France’s La Liste ranking.

They were arrested days back, in two different locations in Ibadan, Oyo State.According to EFCC,the undergraduates are: Otuyalo Damilola, a 400 level student of Computer Science of Lead City University, Ibadan; Adegbuyi Michael, an undergraduate of University of Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia; Ibrahim Aruna, a student of Mineral Resources Engineering, Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State and Adeosun Matthew, a 200 level student of Banking and Finance, University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. Others are Afolabi Ayodele, Balogun Olumuyiwa and Abiola Okunola.


Five of the suspects: Aruna, Mathew, Ayodele, Olumuyiwa and Okunola were arrested together at the Iyana Adeoyo Branch of a first generation bank in Dugbe, Ibadan, while they were collecting proceeds of scam via Western Union.The other two suspects: Damilola and Michael were picked up in a rented apartment in Oluyole Estate, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The arrest of the seven suspects followed intense surveillance by operatives of the Commission who had been on their trail for sometime. One of the suspects, Olumuyiwa, admitted conning a white American lady, Sarah Jorth, in a romance scam. He said he was used a false name (Vincente Marco) to deceive her into believing that he would marry her and in the process raked in more than $450,000( Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars) from her. Two other suspects: Damilola and Michael also confessed that they were into Internet scam to make ends meet.
According to Damilola, “I am into yahoo yahoo (Internet fraud) and I do this to earn a living. I make use of a laptop to access Internet, to look for vulnerable white men and women who will fall for my scam. I acquired my Infinity Jeep and Honda Accord car through the fraud”.
He also admitted that he had been in the business since 2010.Michael confessed that he started Internet scam since 2000 when he was a student at the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Even when he moved to Malaysia, he was still engrossed in the business. “Anytime I come home on holiday, I look for vulnerable targets because the rigour of studies in Malaysia would not allow me to do it there,” he said.
He disclosed that his specialty was lottery scam.Items recovered from the suspects include: three laptop computers; one flash drive; two Visafone modems; one travelling passport; one Infinity Fx 35 SUV, one Honda Accord car and some bank documents.
They will be arraigned in court as soon as investigations are concluded.

There was no grand announcement -- media outlets noticed the new development and after inquiries, Facebook said it was an extension of the VoIP in Messenger test it launched earlier this year in Canada.
The feature works within the Facebook Messenger app on the iPhone. Users can place a call to contacts from the conversation list if that person has Messenger for iOS as well -- not just the Facebook app. The call goes over data networks or WiFi, instead of the voice service the carrier provides.
A Facebook spokesperson was not immediately available to comment for this story.

A Cutting-Edge Move

It is a savvy move on Facebook's part, Paul Levinson, professor of communications and media studies at Fordham University, told MacNewsWorld.
"By doing this, Facebook is instantly allying itself with the cutting edge of the smartphone revolution -- a revolution in which it needs to be more of an active participant, rather than just a destination to reach on the phone."
The free part of the offering is bound to be attractive to users with unlimited data plans, Bruce White, professor of computer information systems at Quinnipiac University told MacNewsWorld. "What is especially appealing to this is that instead of using your voice minutes, it uses your unlimited data access"

Sometimes You Want to Hear a Voice

The offering also fills a hole in social-media communication that, for all its popularity, is still quite noticeable: sometimes people want to talk, not just hit "Like" or make clever comments about posts.
"Let's look at a scenario," White said. "You are on Facebook and one of your close friends has just posted that they are engaged. You can post "congratulations" to them on Facebook, but you really want to talk to them. So, with a click, you call them through this new service."
Plus, he continued, it is faster than the alternative, which is reading the announcement, then pulling out the phone, finding the friend's number and so on.
For Facebook, the app has the advantage of keeping users on the site that much longer, he added.

Facebook vs. the Carriers

In short, the move appears to be initial steps for a larger wireless play by Facebook. Carriers won't likely be impacted in the short term but the long-term possibilities may cause them some sleepless nights, Andreas Scherer, managing partner at Salto Partners, told MacNewsWorld.
"If Facebook is able to deliver this capability on all major mobile platforms and allows its users at some point to call to any phone number -- landline, mobile or otherwise -- then the world largest social media platform could easily become the world largest wireless provider," he said.
"Current carriers would be marginalized by simply delivering the bandwidth to enable a user experience that is created, enhanced and owned by Facebook," according to Scherer.

The Drawbacks

That day -- if it comes at all, though -- is far off, at least based on what Facebook is currently offering. The new service has a number of limitations, starting with the fact that it is only available to iPhone users, Andy Abramson, CEO of Comunicano, told MacNewsWorld. Also, to connect, both parties need to be using the Messenger app.
"The biggest hurdle, and why this won't be a threat to mobile operators, is unlike Skype, if the person you want to reach isn't online, there's no outbound calling to a landline or mobile as there's no interaction with the information on how to reach you from inside your Facebook profile."
What this offers Facebook users is instant voice if the person is online and available, Abramson said. "This type of presence-based calling has been around for a very long time so I don't see it as breakthrough."

Improving our lot has been a fixation throughout virtually all of human history, so it shouldn't come as any great surprise that Microsoft couldn't help itself when it became time to update its OS -- an OS that we had all learned to use expertly over the last 20 years or so.
That obsession, along with a need to keep about 100,000 employees occupied, resulted in Windows 8's improvements over Windows 7 -- the strange omission of the Start button and the hiding of the Windows Desktop, that icon-studded screen we used to launch into.
Well, if you don't like improvement, are simply a Luddite or just fondly miss the Windows Desktop, you can take matters into your own hands. Here's how to start Windows 8.1 into Desktop mode -- bypassing the new, improved tile-based look -- plus a couple of other tricks.

Update Windows 8 to Free Windows 8.1 (If You Haven't Already)

Step 1: Make a backup of your personal files by swiping in from the right edge of the screen and choosing Search. Enter the term File History Settings and then click on the results and follow the instructions to perform the backup.
Tip: You'll need an external drive, like a USB memory drive.
Step 2: Touch or click on the Store tile on the Start page.
Step 3: Choose the free Windows 8.1 Update and select Download. Allow the update to proceed and complete. Then restart the PC and sign in.

Configure the Desktop Startup

Step 1: Launch the Desktop from the Start page by clicking on the tile labeled Desktop.
Step 2: Right-click on the Taskbar.
Tip: The Taskbar is the solid-colored strip below the wallpaper.
Step 3: Choose Properties and then the Navigation tab in the resulting box.
Step 4: Scroll down to the dialog, "When I sign in or close all apps on a screen, go to the Desktop instead of Start," and check the checkbox. Click on OK.
The next time you restart your computer, the Start tile-based page will be skipped, and you'll launch into a Windows 7-style desktop instead. Hooray for the Luddites.
Tip: While you're on the Desktop page, check out the new-in-Windows 8.1 Windows icon in the bottom-left corner. It's a Start button of sorts, and clicking on it alternates you between the tile-infested Start page and the lovable classic Desktop page.

Launching Into the App Page

Adding insult to injury in the Windows 8 environment, you may have noticed that the Start page -- the one with all of the newfangled tiles -- doesn't include all of the apps that you've painstakingly searched for and downloaded.
The full listing of apps are in a page called Apps, not Start. You can get to the Apps page by clicking on the new-in-Windows 8.1 Down arrow in the bottom-left corner of the Windows 8.1 Start page if you want to see that page.
Here's how to launch straight into Apps from Desktop, bypassing Start.
Step 1: Launch the Desktop from the Start page by clicking on the tile labeled Desktop.
Step 2: Right-click on the Taskbar.
Step 3: Choose Properties and then the Navigation tab in the resulting box.
Step 4: Scroll down to the dialog, "Show the Apps view automatically when I go to Start," and check the checkbox. Click on OK.
The next time you click on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the Desktop, you'll go to Apps instead of Start. Now that's an improvement.

They're clogged up like an aging sewer on the wrong side of town.
Just like on a PC, bits of app and OS code become discombobulated -- orphaned from the parent program. Onboard digital debris becomes disoriented like a drunk stumbling out of a favored hole-in-the-wall; jumbled lethargy sets in, and the device can take forever to start or become sticky in operation.
Well, just like a PC -- or a run-down apartment house, for that matter -- you can freshen up a gloopy smartphone. Here's how to go about speeding up a slowing Android smartphone.

Get Rid of Superfluous Apps

The purpose of this procedure is not so much to free space but to remove any apps that might be performing poorly. Apps can contain all sorts of trouble-prone, permissions-based polling, checking and syncing.
Step 1: Open the Settings area by touching the Settings cogwheel-like icon. Then scroll through to the Apps menu item. In older versions of Android, it's labeled Applications.
Step 2: Touch the Downloaded tab and scroll through the list of apps. These are the apps that you've installed over the years.
Step 3: Touch the app label for any app that you haven't used in six months and press Clear Cache, then Clear Data and then Disable or Uninstall, depending on options proffered.
Tip: Be ruthless here and purge anything you're not using -- it's a lot easier than identifying rogue behavior app-by-app.
Step 4: Test by restarting the phone and unscientifically identifying whether performance has improved. Key benchmarks are time-to-start and speed-of-scroll between home screens.
If the phone is feeling nimble again, you've identified your issue.

Make Some Space

Step 1: Open the Apps menu item again from within Settings.
Step 2: Choose Options and then Sort by size.
Step 3: Scroll through the first few apps -- the most memory-hungry -- and clear the caches by pressing the Clear Cache button within each App label. This will free memory, allowing more operating headroom. Then test.
Step 4: Check storage by opening the Settings area again. Then scroll through to the Storage menu item.
View the Internal Storage graphical bar. If it's full, with little space being indicated as available, install LeveloKment's app Storage Analyser, available free in the Google Play store, and run it.
Tip: This app will identify the largest files on your device -- files that may be phantom -- and allow you to delete or move them off the device, thus freeing space. Then test.

Reinstall the Factory Stock Software

If the previous steps haven't solved the problem, this likely will. Like rehab (or the drunk tank) for our wrong-side-of-the-tracks inhabitant, this operation may sound like a big deal and a lot of work, and unfortunately it is, because you have to reconfigure your apps.
Step 1: Open the Backup and Reset menu item from Settings and check Backup My Data along with your Google account details if prompted.
Tip: Leave the phone connected to the Internet overnight if you are newly creating a backup. This will give the Google servers time to pluck the settings data like WiFi connections and passwords, which it will restore later. You can skip this, but you'll have to re-enter a bunch more stuff manually.
Step 2: Select Factory Data Reset from the same menu and follow the prompts to perform a full wipe and OS reinstall.
Tip: Before a reset save, off-device, any internal storage-stored media files, like captured photographs. A reset wipes internal storage.
Step 3: Allow the phone to restart and follow the prompts to set up your Google account on the device anew.
Tip: If your downloaded apps don't immediately show, you can kick-start the installation from Google's Play store My Apps menu item.
Step 4: Reconfigure your apps' settings.
Tip: This is the tried-and-true method to get the phone back to stock and a just-out-of-box state. Avoid restoring from backups in this case because you may reintroduce the issue or issues.

If you've installed Windows 8, it's worth downloading the recently released free preview version of Windows 8.1. By doing so, you will be able to take advantage of the updated OS's personalization and services improvements. The final build will be out later this year.
Curious Windows 7 users can also check out 8.1 by creating and installing an ISO file from the Microsoft website. I've written about ISO-creating concepts.
Windows 8 users update to Windows 8.1 through the Windows Store. Here's how to go about it if you've already got Windows 8 installed.

Step 1:

Verify that you have a recovery partition on your hard drive. Access the Command Prompt from the Windows 8 Search charm by entering the term Command. Right click on the result and choose Run as Administrator from the options.
Confirm at the prompts, and then enter the term "recimg /showcurrent" at the Command Prompt to identify if there is a recovery image present.

Step 2:

Create a recovery image if, in the previous step, a "no active recovery image" error appears.
Create the image by creating a folder called Refreshimage at the Command Prompt and then entering "recimg -createimage c:\refreshimage" and Enter.
Tip: The create folder command is "mkdir c:\refresiimage" and then Enter.

Step 3:

Create a USB recovery drive. This will allow you to revert back to your previous install from external media if you need to.
Enter the term Recovery in the Search charm and touch or click Settings. Then choose Create a Recovery Drive and the tool will open.
Choose Copy the Recovery Partition from the PC to the Recovery Drive checkbox and choose Next. Then insert a USB drive, choose it from the options presented and touch or click Next followed by Create. Allow the file transfer to take place and then choose Finish. Then remove and store the flash drive.

Step 4:

Browse to the Windows 8.1 Preview Web page and choose the Get It Now button. Then follow the prompts to open the file and allow the install to take place.
Tip: Back up your personal data before updating any operating system. An update to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8 should retain Windows settings, personal files and most apps.

Step 5:

Restart the PC when prompted, and then open the Store by touching or clicking on the Store tile. Then choose the Update Windows tile or any Update Windows prompt.

Step 6:

Select Download and allow the download to proceed. Follow the prompts to restart and allow the setup to proceed. Follow the prompts to set up the account, including entering a security code that can be sent by email when prompted.

Step 7:

Explore the new features, which include navigation arrows where there was previously white space, and other navigation tools, like a Windows icon for flipping between classic desktop and Windows 8 Start page. Tip: You'll need your Windows 8 product key when you update to the final edition of Windows 8.1 later this year.

Wugang – A fish with a ‘human face’ is attracting waves of visitors to the home of its owner in Wugang City, Central China’s Hunan Province, local media reported.
According to China.org.cn, the “humanoid” carp belongs to Qiu Xioahua, a teacher at an elementary school in Wugang. Qiu has fished for nearly 20 years, but this is the first time he has caught this kind of carp.



The dark brown fish, caught by Qiu at a reservoir on April 30, measures 36 centimeters long and weighs 800 grams.
The fish’s mouth, nose and eyes resemble those of a human.
Pictures of the fish have gone viral on Chinese Internet platforms.

Here's your guide to the most useful and welcome iOS 8 changes to Safari, Spotlight, Notifications, Siri, Find My iPhone and more.

Better Safari

Most mobile smartphone users have run into a so-called "mobile" version of a Web page that lacked links, functionality, or just plain sucked. In iOS 8, Apple makes it easy to request the desktop version of the website.
All you have to do is tap the URL at the top of the page, then swipe down (in the middle of your screen works well) to reveal an Add to Favorites option and the Request Desktop Site option. Practice this trick a few times -- it's worth locking it into your memory.
If you seem to spawn new tabs left and right in Safari and you like to close them, you've probably closed a tab you wanted to keep or refer back to. In iOS 8, all you have to do is hold the "+" button at the bottom of your screen to show you a list of Recently Closed Tabs. It's wicked handy -- but it doesn't help you if your Web pages were visited in Private mode, because they won't show up here, either.
Speaking of Private mode, tapping the Private option in Safari now launches a separate Private browsing window instead, letting your other tabs remain as they were. If you value the Private mode, this is quite handy.
Most people should practice this a bit, though, to make sure they recognize that the darker gray background of the URL field indicates an active private mode while the lighter gray does not. (Related: If you don't want any tracking of your searches, you can set DuckDuckGo as your default search engine under Safari's settings.)
To make mobile commerce easier than ever, Apple has added a smart feature that lets you take a photo of your credit card so you don't have to enter in a bunch of digits. Here's how it works: Once you tap a credit card number entry field, Safari recognizes the field and gives you a new option above the numbered keypad, "Scan Credit Card."
Tap it to reveal a credit card-shaped frame through a live camera view. The mode then inserts the number, expiration date, and cardholder name. The ZIP code and security code still require manual entry, however.

Brighter Spotlight

Spotlight Search is much more inclusive and powerful in iOS 8. Instead of just searching the contents of your iPhone, Spotlight now branches out into the Web to deliver more information, including search results from Wikipedia, local movie listings, Mail, Reminders, Voice Memos, and lots more. To activate it, just swipe down from pretty much anywhere on your home screen. Be careful not to swipe from the uppermost edge of the screen because that will bring down the Notification Center. On an iPhone 6, the new Spotlight is crazy fast and responsive.
Because Spotlight now returns so much information, you might want to take a peek at the Spotlight settings (under General settings). It shows a full list of items that you can check or uncheck to exclude. You also can reorder the list, so the items you tend to care about most show up at the top of Spotlight Search results.

Notification Center

Notification Center has picked up some tweaks and additions, most notably the inclusion of notification widgets available from some apps. If you have an app that will offer up cool bits of information right in your Notification Center, you can activate the option under your Today tab by hitting the Edit option.
If you don't see any apps with little green circles with + marks inside, you don't have any apps installed that will deliver widget info to this location. Expect to see more developers adding this feature now that iOS 8 is out in the wild.
Oh, and that new edit button, by the way, also lets you change the order of Apple's default list of notifications -- or remove them altogether. Nice.

A Plugged-In Siri Always Listens

If you have your iPhone plugged in and it's actively charging, you can say "Hey, Siri" to wake your iPhone and enable Siri (without pressing and holding the Home button).
When might this be useful? In the car, at your desk, or in bed. To activate it, you'll need to go to the Siri settings under the General settings.
Oh, one more thing: This could be a feature or a hindrance. Siri recognizes anyone's voice while in this mode, not just yours.

Find My iPhone Gets Longer 'Last Gasp'

One of coolest features you likely won't ever have to use is the option to tell your iPhone to send its location to iCloud right before it runs out of battery power.
This "last gasp" position used to be available to you from your iCloud account for 24 hours, but by toggling the Send Last Location switch to on, it presumably will tell Apple to store the location data for a longer period of time.
To access this feature in iOS 8, open the Settings application, choose iCloud, then Find My iPhone, then turn on Send Last Location.

Miscellaneous Bits and Pieces

There are lots of other little tweaks and features in iOS 8, of course, some of which might be a big deal -- or an utter snooze -- to you. For instance, the built-in Weather app now gets its data from the Weather Channel -- and not Yahoo! Better yet, you now get 24 hours of forecast as well as a nine-day forecast.
The Notes app now lets you make text bold, italicized or underlined, and you can place photos into notes, too.
The new Health app has a lot of new features, but even if you don't plan on using it, you might want to fill out the Medical ID information card -- if you have prescriptions or conditions that could prove useful to an emergency medical technician.
You can set the Medical ID information to be available from the lock screen of your iPhone so an EMT wouldn't have to use your thumb or passcode to get to it.
A new Battery Usage feature gives you a closer look at what percentage of battery life each app has been using. If you notice an app that seems to be using a lot of energy, there may be a setting you can choose to slow down its juice-guzzling tendencies -- or you may want to use it less often. To access this feature in iOS 8, open the Settings application, choose General, then Usage, then Battery Usage.
Apple's new iCloud Drive finally brings the ability to store any kind of file, accessible on all of your devices. When Mac OS X Yosemite ships this fall -- probably October -- Apple's Continuity vision for moving documents around your devices via Handoff will be useful. You'll also be able to answer iPhone calls from your Mac or launch an instant iPhone data-based WiFi hotspot.
One new feature you might start noticing is a pop-up that alerts you when an app has been using your location in the background. The pop-up will ask you if you want to continue allowing this or take you to Settings to change the app's permissions.
You can choose to never allow location access, which could hurt the functionality of the app, or you can choose what makes sense to most consumers, to let the app track location "While Using the App." It's definitely a welcome feature -- both the alert and the easy settings.

Method 1

Step 1. Recharge your Glo SIM with N1000 worth of Recharge card.

Step 2. Insert the Glo SIM card inside a Blackberry phone.

Step 3. Then text "COMONTH" without the quotes, and send to 777. You will receive a message that you subscription is successful.

Step 4. Now browse with the Blackberry phone for like 20 minutes or you could download few songs or watch some youtube videos.

 

Step 5. Pick up your Android phone and create a new APN following these steps below.

Tap Setting navigate to > Mobile Networks then > Access point names and click on any network inside your android (mtn or etisalat). Then click on the Option > click New APN.

Now create the APN as follow:
Name: GLO BIS
APN: blackberry.net
Leave others as it is

Step 6. Remove the Glo SIM card from your BB and insert it in your android phone.

Step 7. Activate the APN you created.

Step 8. Then connect your Data on and start browsing.

If this method didn't work for you, then you will have to change your android phone's IMEI number to Blackberry. Follow this steps below to do it.

Method 2

Step 1. Get a Blackberry imei number. You can get it from any blackberry phone that is not currently activated on any BIS subscription. Or you can generate a Blackberry IMEI number online using any available software.

Step 2. Download "mobileuncle tools" or "engineer mode (MTK)" from your Google android playstore.

Step 3. Open the mobileuncle tool,navigate to > Engineer mode > Engineer mode (MTK) > Connect > CDS information > Radio information > phone 1 > click on AT+ > press E it will list something click the first one to change the imei of sim 1 or click the second one to change the imei of sim 2 after you choosed it put your blinking cursor at middle like this AT+EGMR=1,7,"!" and put the BB imei
Note: The imei must be 15 digits  and don't forget to backup your original phone imei number.

 
Step 4. Tap on "SEND AT COMMAND"

Step 5. Switch off your phone and turn it on again.

Step 6. Now check your imei using this code *#06# if it has change, you are done.

Now you can use your Glo blackberry subscription on the android phone without problems. If you want to use it on your PC, you can share it through Wi-fi hotspot.

Now enjoy using your Glo Blackberry subscription on your android and PC comfortably.
